Leadership Opportunities
YouthRoots is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth to become leaders in philanthropy and community impact. Their programs, like YouthBoard and YouthCharge, engage high school students in hands-on experiences related to grantmaking and social issues. Participants learn valuable skills such as teamwork, public speaking, and critical thinking while making a positive difference in their communities. YouthRoots provides mentorship and support to guide students through the grant allocation process, ensuring their decisions have a meaningful impact. Ultimately, YouthRoots aims to inspire and equip young people to become lifelong advocates for social change and philanthropy. Learn about both programs below:
YouthBoard Program: The YouthBoard Program by YouthRoots engages high school students in a year-long leadership and philanthropy experience.
