This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the real estate industry, covering both residential and commercial sectors. Students will explore fundamental concepts, principles, and practices essential for understanding real estate transactions, property management, and investment strategies.

Students will also learn about the fundamentals of real estate to include: Market Analysis, Property Valuation, Financing and Investment, Leasing and Property Management, Legal Considerations, Development and Construction, Current Market Trends, and Technologies used in the industry.
