Welcome to Medical Science II CNA Program. I am Mrs. Figueroa and I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with you. I have been a wife for 13 years. I am a mother of a three year old girl. I started my teaching carreer 12 years ago in early childhood education, then I was promoted to secondary education. I love teaching and love to help students overcome barriers that impact their learning. I am bilingual (Spanish-English) and have had multicultural classrooms. I love to create student-friendly learning resources. I had taught Science for 6th grade, Life Science for 7th grade, Earth Science for 8th grade, Physical Science for 9th grade, Biology, Chemistry and Environmental Science for 10th, and 11th grade. I look forward for teaching Science Integration as part of the Medical Science II CNA Program.
