I am proud to be the Assistant Principal at Bollman Technical Education Center. The passion I bring to this work stems from the experience I had growing up in a family where both my mother and father found careers in Career and Technical Education. Being raised by a C.N.A and Sheet Metalist/Welder helped me recognize at a young age the value of a technical education. Through their hard work I was able to attain a college degree that afforded me the privilege of working the last ten years of my career in various capacities that range from teacher, career advisor to program director and most recently an assistant principal of a comprehensive high school. My hope for my tenure here at BTEC is to offer insight that goes beyond the walls of Bollman and allows students to authentically explore career pathways through direct hands on learning, innovative thinking and risk taking. The opportunties that are manufactured here at Bollman have life-long implications that I am thrilled to be a part of.
