FutureForward students experience live fire training

The Firefighting class at FutureForward Washington Square has been working hard these past few weeks. They have been going to the North Metro Fire Training Center and practicing the skills they have been learning. Live fires can be scary, but these students suited up and went in!

Live fire training is vital because it provides realistic experience, develops essential skills, reinforces safety protocols, familiarizes individuals with equipment, builds confidence, allows for immediate feedback, promotes teamwork, and teaches adaptability—all crucial for effectively responding to emergencies.
